Men’s story in this life is a chain of accumulations resulted from the continuous movement of life and events’ continuity. Facts, succession, continuity and movement are two great laws of universe which govern life on this earth.
This latter, has been clarified in a lot of revelations of the holy Qur’an an Sunnah’s verses, which deepen the sense of movement and continuity in the Muslim’s soul, and warn him from unemployment and joblessness that totally contradict with working values and earth’s building. Perhaps, the speech of the great seedling which the Muslims has been exceeded by; a very special condition and a dangerous stage, The apocalypse, to fix the life interaction concept in his mind. Therefore, it is considered a précised text to deepen the communicating and continuity meanings.
Despite of the importance and the vitality of accumulation element in nation’s life, as it includes the human, spatial and the temporal element but it has not been given enough of deduction, analysis, induction and surveillance. Perhaps the luck of original deep studies from Ibn khaldoun’s age up to nowadays. Excepts of the works of Malik ibn Nabi _may Allah mercy be upon him_ is considered a strong proof to confirm this remark which shows the nation’s failure in making a real scientific approach, through which it can observe each stage’s movement from the beginning to the end. Furthermore, the nation is completely unable to determine the beginnings and the endings which are well-linked with the stages it is passing through. Which is an enormous failure with many consequences such us a contradiction and opposition in the attempt of studying each stage; and figure out each problem and then find and construct effective solutions upon it. That is exactly what we live as a fact.
why is the accumulation jurisprudence ?
Life is succession of stages which are, with no doubt, separated and occur just once in people’s life from one period to another. This is so clear when inducting nation’s history, as long as life is a chain of stages that means the intuition impact of each stage in the other. The unaccepted mental ignorance and what logic can’t admit, Where the nation is lost between the accumulations of the wasted accumulations, which are thrown in sideling and discards corner. What prove it is that we got out from one stage to log in another while we have not jurisprudent what we have lived in the first. And didn’t precise its problems, obstacles and challenges or even clarify some solutions which were supposed to be admitted before. Then, got in the second one so heavy with accumulations, what makes the determination of our priorities and targets up of our hands. To worsen it, the accumulations we took with us, and still alive in our life, are those which precise our targets, priorities and visions for the coming stage. As a result, we inhibited a penumbral vision (ambiguity or difficulty), an ambiguity in our thinking (constructing things and meanings), and be immersed in how to precise priorities. Ignoring our destiny, emaciate our present, and the loss of our generation is the price we’ve paid. Perhaps the verity of answers to that question which the elite and the intellectual find a difficulty to answer it considered as a big proof on what have been already said. Which the crisis question: what is the Islamic nation’s crisis? where answers vary, conflict in opinions and visions, impact in suggestions and projects’ discordance.
The brainiac were supposed to induct the accumulations of each period, starting up from analyzing its events to observe its development, ending up to decide the problems and their solutions and exclude the negatives ,then take the positive aspects to the new period arena.
Accumulation jurisprudence and Islam:
Man is surprised because of the absence of such a deep, important jurisprudence despite of the dozens of the Sunnah and the holy book (Qur’an) verses which talk about its importance as a solemn jurisprudence to get the life’s continuity precepts. And the one who is interested in Caliph’s heritage especially Omar _may Allah bless him_ he would find that their deeds holds in their folds the principles of this authentic jurisprudence in the verses of the two revelations. In here, we are going to give illustrative and original examples.
Too many of the holy Qur’an’s verses have talked about the importance of accumulation in controlling the fact, future and fate. One of the most important verses which has tackled the accumulation aspect as active influent in nation’s life, the stories that talked about Israelis. How they were? How their crimes have accumulated and lead them to loss and wandering on earth for many decades. the holy Qur’an has talked about problems and phenomena that each prophet has been sent to treat them in his people, just to inherent this constant jurisprudence. Because the economical crime’s accumulations in Shoaib’s people _peace be upon him_ has made the prophetic treatment in establishing the legitimate transaction which are sound of villainy and defrauding. The moral crime’s accumulations in Lout’s people had made his call a moral one at the first place. Arrogance and transcendence complex in Thamoud’s had made the call of Salih _ peace be upon him_ focus on the creation weakness in front of the almighty Allah’s tyranny, and warn us from the complacence ego of strength. And call us to avoid haughtiness which made them boast in challenging the almighty creator, and brought the humans back to their truth which is his clear weakness in front of the greatest almighty creator’s strength.
Qur’an talks about the conceptive stoniness and logic death. And link it with the blind imitation which has accumulated in the entire negative brain of the Atheist mind, they believe in one constant, negative, wrong idea which has been mentioned in the holy Qur’an: “we found our fathers following a certain religion, and we do guide ourselves by their footsteps”.(az- zukhruf, 22). Qur’an doesn’t stop here in qualifying those accumulations but identifies and precise the treatment starting up from them by using a logical, mental arguments to untwine and destroy them. So that paving the way to establish the right on behalf: “ say if Allah the most gracious had a son, I would be the first to worship”. (az-zukhruf, 81). In this verse a call to be free from imitation and our fathers doctrine’s complex, to move toward questioning, meditation and thought spaciousness.
A verse such as: “ say travel through the earth and see how Allah did originate creation; so will Allah produce a later creation: for Allah has power over all things.”(el-ankabut,20),and “ many were the ways of life that have passed away before you: travel through the earth, and see what was the end of those who rejected truth”, (al-Imran 137). As a whole aim at rooting the existence of accumulations which human has to study, these above verses and many other similar ones hold many important warnings confirms that the same accumulations results at the same consequences, which make the perdition, deliverance and goodness indicators, very clear in Qur’an verses in the light of accumulations’ jurisprudence.
And if we inducted the Sunah, we would find many examples about accumulations jurisprudence which is mentioned in it, and perhaps the clearest examples on that the Hadith of Abd Allah Ben Omar _may Allah bless him_ when said “O Muhajirun, there are five things with which you will be tested, and I seek refuge with Allah lest you live to see them: immorality never appears among a people to such an extent that they commit it openly, so that plagues and diseases that were never known among the predecessors will spread among them. Whenever they cheat in weight and measures, they will be stricken with famine, severe calamity and the oppression of their rulers. Whenever they withhold the Zakah of their wealth, rain will be withheld from the sky, and were it not for animals, no rain would fall on them. Whenever they break their covenant with Allah and his Messenger, Allah will enable their enemies to overpower them and take some of what is in their hands. Unless their leaders rule according to the Book of Allah and seek all good from that which Allah has revealed, Allah will cause them to fight one another ” , Ibn Madjah in his precepts. It is such a great Haddith, rooting for that wise approach and call for monitoring the accumulations in the nation and understand them. Then, send any caution or corrective action plan based upon.
If we look at the Caliphs era, we will find that accumulations’ jurisprudence had a strong presence in their casuistry, and policy. With no doubt that the most specific period which assure that jurisprudence in Omar El-Farouk’s era -one who distinguishes the truth from the falsehood- was known of his wise jurisprudence and his tight policy, there he is making the triple divorce (that has been said at once) an irrevocable, absolute divorce to protect families from disintegration. So he prohibited the companions to get out in a genius proactive jurisprudent movement, which can guarantee the existence of a big jurisprudent society able to move life forward and preserves its mundane and religious stability.
In his prohibition to whose hearts are combined’ portion on Syed Gtefan tribe, Umar’s understanding to accumulation becomes so clear according to what has accumulated he has now a deep understanding of the purposes of Islam. As he linked that with two accumulative jurisprudences which are: weakness and force jurisprudence that define the features of each stage, the accumulation of power elements has its own doctrine, and the accumulation of the elements of weakness in the nation makes the jurist avoids advisory opinion starting from the basis of what was decided at the stage of power, and the brilliant jurisprudence of Omar has been taken from his understanding to Meccan and Medinnah stage, as they are source of such two jurisprudences.

Here is El-Mansour saying to El-Imam Malik after he had asked him to put an entire book for people includes all the Prophet’s (peace be upon him) Sunnah, and avoided Omar’s austere, Ibn El-Abbes’s clemency and Ibn Messoud’s anomalies _may Allah bless them all_ this science is built on what had accumulated in that Caliph of a knowledge has been left by a jurisprudent currents.
Legacy jurisprudence and Accumulation jurisprudence:
The observer of the intellectual, behavioral and jurisprudent movement of our nation would find out that it is dealing with the happening events and the dangerous dilemma quit same as dealing with a dead bequest whose heirs are in haste to take their portions. So, instead of inducting the past and observe the present and study it and figure out its main riddles and problems, we found that this movement is dealing with it in pure mathematical, dry way. So, what a contrast to the jurisprudence of inheritance and the accumulation jurisprudence.
Why have we failed in the study of accumulations?
Perhaps the failure thesis in using accumulations is that the Muslim brain is drowning in stacking and assembling mentality and gave it all the importance from rooting and protection. This is definitely not the curriculum with which we induct the huge accumulations mass that enriches our lives. Accumulations and the west:
Perhaps, history is considered the main field with which we can’t judge the accumulations’ jurisprudence in the West, which had known an advanced efforts during the 19th century in induct it, and know its intrinsic nature to use it and control its paths to serve the West. That, explain the emergence of a distinguished theories in explaining history movement in the western world. Maybe the German historians went deep in studying such as Oswald Gottfried Spengler; we can’t ignore the brilliant western historians in studying accumulations the English, Arnold Toynbee, who has published an important scientific encyclopedia in 41 years called it “studying history”. He was so creative while going so deep in inducting civilization and history accumulations and practicing the exploration operation in an intensive vertical way using his momentous scientific gift and wide experience. We are not absolutely certain that he has achieved final, perfect truths in his researches, taking into account many considerations as he didn’t know the two revelations values. But we insist that the West were able to find some of monitoring and exploration tools, so availing oneself of them has become a necessity as long as wisdom is the believer’s target whenever he found it, he should lay hold of it. Especially that the West had proved their lenity in the use of methodology in dealing with his crises. As a proof on what has been just said, what the British did in the second world was, when London was under a successive attack for seven months, thousands were killed and a clear defeat signs had appeared, the British gathered their experts, architects, intellectuals and scientists in different specialties and decided to study the reasons of their huge defeat in the war, and the German success over them. That elite had stayed under the vaults studying all the communities that govern the life of the human in England, Winston Churchill said: “I promise you nothing except of more sacrifices, tears and blood”. After long months, the British rose and things turned upside down, they bombed Berlin and they drowned the legend ship “Besmark”. The accumulations on which the British elite had focused on, the analysis and the observation were the start of the solution and victory’s key in the war. Whose interested in the holy Qur’an would find that its verses that have been revealed after the conquest of “Ohud” determined the psychological accumulations which had inversed the battle result from victory to a failure, calling the believers to learn a lesson from it after it had changed the war values and concepts in their souls.
How shall we deal with accumulations?
To answer such a question we need a great work leaded by capable elite from the different human socio sciences, which is characterized by its depth in view and discussion. That can’t be answered on it in a hurry and in a non-intuitional term, but we limit ourselves to mention this mental rule which has been said by legal objective scientist, Ben Achour – may Allah mercy be upon him_ when he valuated the “el Shariaa’s change and acknowledgment”. It is a base with a great enormous benefit, to originate the way of dealing with the fact starting from observing, analyzing it and ending with the settlement of the right way to deal with its problems and solve its obstacles then fix the principles that fact doesn’t admit dealing with it as a unit doesn’t accept fragmentation. The saying of the prophet -peace be upon him-: “I have been sent to complete the morals” is a proof. That saying has been originated in this door of jurisprudence accumulation, because the judgment that it brought hasn’t been build on emptiness but on a real fact which link between the past and present. That’s why Islam has come, and admitted what has been accumulated of good deeds, and changed what doesn’t go along with the instinct and the message of Islam. This is the right approach that the nation has to follow and admit, because the right guidance is the right path of Muhammad (pbuh). However, the change and acknowledgement approach is an end and a fruit of a previous era, an era of acknowledgement, study and meditation in fact and is not separated from other circles and chains which are linked with each other and some consent to some other.
The strategic studies and jurisprudent’s accumulations:
This great jurisprudence needs to construct various strategic centers to deal with this enormous arduous mission. That latter, deserves such a work because it has many great advantages reflects positively on the nation’s present and future. If we take a glimpse on its facts in the West, we will figure out its importance.
Here, we should tackle an important point, these powerful scientific bodies didn’t emerge in Europe and America until the huge scientific revolution in all domains, and it was characterized by its speeding in development and high overflow in the information. They devoted all the time for it and created centers for each field. Then, specialize in each one. These centers worked on a vital accumulative basis which has resulted from the European awakening and the scientific revolution which gave rise to the new fact after the French revolution.
The West were never satisfied, so they devoted all possible human, financial and material means that guarantee is efficiency and continuity. It is a logical thing as long as these centers consist the main base on which the West rely on to build decisions and choose the means, place and time in the increasing struggle day after the other.
The early alarm’s idea has been known by Muslims since long centuries ago. Here is Khaled IbnEl-Walid say his famous saying to his armies leaders whose conquest in Syria: “an early alarm is better than the forefront of an army” so these centers are the early alarm that study the past, present and looking toward the future and let no chance to “ad-lib” extemporaneous spontaneity.
Accumulations’ jurisprudence and sociological equalization:
We should admit that everything has its sociological equalization, without understanding it we can’t deal with it. I.e. the understanding of a person’s fact, family, society, country, nation and the international relationships don’t be affected except through the understanding of its historical sociological basis. This later can be achieves, for sure, through the acquaintance of all tools which guarantee for the learner the certitude of jurisprudence accumulations both practically and theoretically.
Here, the use of certain concepts which are: understand deeply the huge outstanding account which has accumulated from our nation. Stay away from the skin-deep description to what we want to know, has become a necessity can be done by constructing a treatise, powerful and sold basis both scientifically and practically, by attracting the most important human competencies of the nation and make it devote all its time to this adequacy duty . Omer (may Allah blessing be upon him) has been the first who had done that before the west, centuries ago, When he made Al-shura Muslim council based on the privileged companions of the prophet Mohammad and the noble Badr’s people.
Accumulation jurisprudence and the forward-looking science and the future making:
The nation has started to hold conferences, assemblies and write books about the forward-looking science. Some countries has built specific ministries named it Futurology and statistics ministry. This is a good thing however; it is noticeable to be the futurology which most of people are talking about just a western copy. In most of it starts from updating the present fact and starts from it, Then separates it from values and world of ideas to link it with the world of substances While our nation is different based on an important outstanding account. Because it is a witness nation called to take control of path finding in life as it’s considered as the nation who wants to convert the humanity as a whole, it still affecting our present, a strong concrete affection. For that, it’s a necessity to sensitize for this important issue. The futurology centers can’t succeed unless it gave an importance to accumulation jurisprudence, and don’t be abided by the identity and the truth of the nation, its present and past during the so called process.
Future making is no steadier to surprises and random paths; it doesn’t accept the unstudied changes of life any more. Our nation can no longer bear successive heaviness of the previous stages, and govern it in present and future. Islam has taught us to correct the destination before the disaster has happened and the collision is possible anyway. Therefore, we should devote a great importance to futurology and monitoring dichotomy and link them together in a real way not just a drumming, descriptive linkage.
Finally, the interested in the field of knowledge realizes the magnitude of happiness experienced by the researcher standing on the new in his research fields. How it is up to a higher level in his outlook on things and deep awareness of things and their properties and their interactions and development. And the human happiness increases whenever the awareness of things reaches an advances stage in human history, and increasing the happiness of the researcher at the whole of the most important gaps of life.
These ages are no more than an alert to the importance of this jurisprudence, and the spur of the elite to pay attention to it and hold forums and seminars that stimulates and consolidate foot in lives of Muslims, in order to help the nation out of its missteps and stand on its own feet and push them towards the awakening and civilizational witness.
